we are about
Cross-Sector Collaboration and Coalition Building

At the Women’s Safety and Justice Initiative (WoSJI), we believe that meaningful progress against gender-based violence and inequality requires a united and strategic effort. Our work focuses on fostering Cross-Sector Collaboration and Coalition Building to bring together organizations, institutions, and individuals committed to change. By aligning with diverse partners, WOSJI strengthens the foundation for collective action that addresses the root causes of systemic injustice

What we are Doing

Driving Change Through Collaboration

We engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including community-based organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, and private sector partners. This inclusive approach allows us to tap into a wide spectrum of knowledge, resources, and influence. Whether it’s coordinating outreach, shaping policy, or expanding support services, each collaboration adds depth and sustainability to our mission. Together, we create a powerful network that drives measurable impact in the fight for women’s safety and justice.

Empowering Women through collaboration and coalition building

Through coalition building, WOSJI not only amplifies advocacy efforts but also enhances the efficiency and reach of every initiative. Our goal is to establish long-term solutions that empower communities and dismantle systems of oppression. By working collectively, we move closer to a world where women’s rights are fully protected, and gender equality is no longer a goal—but a lived reality.
